Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is 3 to 7 business days depending on the delivery location.
Remote or rural areas may take up to 10 days.

Shipping Charges
Free shipping is available for prepaid orders above ₹499.
A small handling charge may apply for Cash on Delivery orders.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will share the tracking details by email or SMS.

Undelivered Packages
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or non-availability, the package will be returned to us.
Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India.
